Changing leverage is to slow and does not always change even with proper funds to accommodate the change. Sometimes every second counts. Our new WhalesOfMargin test account was liquidated in the process of deleveraging, laddering trade, and just plain closing a trade. We encountered a lag time of over 1minute. When complete after liquidation the errors showed up on the screen in red. Our withdrawal experience was not so swell either. We missed the full run up to 34000 from 29000. Finally received the funds 18hrs later. Unfortunately we can not support this exchange anymore. This was not an error on our side.
